In 2022, Jeramie Hernandez with his family brought Butcher Boy back to New Braunfels in it’s original location. No longer a meat market, but Butcher Boy is back none the less, as the best Mexican Restaurant on the west side of New Braunfels (if not the world). Finest quality ingredients and homemade recipes makes Butcher Boy different from the rest.
Jeramie and his family has transformed a once loved market into a high caliber Mexican restaurant. A place where customers become friends, then the friends become family.
